As the couple have to travel to foreign countries like Sri Lanka and USA, for shows. But HC has demanded them to first deposit, Rs.60 crores to travel overseas.

The court has stated that the couple needs to pay up the amount and then only, they can expect permission to travel out of country. The court has since adjourned the matter, with the next hearing scheduled for October 14. Shilpa Shetty's lawyer has argued that the couple's income sources cannot be blocked with respect to false case.

But EOW has found them guilty of misusing funds that first they have borrowed as loan and then turned into investment without informing the concerned person about insolvency, of their media firm. Raj Kundra, earlier quipped that he is not going to run away but face the situation boldly.

He commented that in business, when someone tries to invest, they need to bear the losses too. Shilpa Shetty, on the other hand, had been busy as judge for popular shows but currently, she had been staying away from media attention and been silent about the case from the beginning.
